WRPAC - What can you do?

We cannot do this alone. The challenges we face are enormous. In addition to financial support, we need volunteers to look beyond the spin and dig for the facts behind legislation and candidate promises. We are looking for bloggers willing to speak about the abuses of power and wasteful spending our government has become known for.

Many people sit and complain about all that is wrong with our country. We can only make a difference when we join together and do something about these problems. It will not be easy and we cannot complete this important work alone!

Join with us in our effort to restore our country to the greatness our founding fathers risked everything to achieve. WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

 This is a CALL TO ACTION! We cannot allow the current government four full years of unopposed governance. We must undo the mistakes of 2006 and 2008 and defeat big spending, big government politicians at every level!

Who Will We Support?

Candidates supported by the Western Representation Political Action Committee must show a commitment to fiscal responsibility. Government should be expected to live within its means just as the as the hard working people of this country must. We are building debt at a rate we could not have imagined just a few years ago. This debt will be handed over to our children and grandchildren. We need elected officials willing to say no to runaway government spending.

What Issues Will We Support?

Reducing wasteful government spending, balancing budgets, maintaining a responsible tax policy, and supporting the the free markets are the cornerstones of the Western Political Action Committee. Deficit spending reduces the value of the dollar, making the United States less competitive in the world market. Reducing wasteful government spending includes, overhauling the earmark process and eliminating/reducing programs that would be more efficient in the private sector. The tax code was established for funding ESSENTIAL government programs, not for financing every social program the left can dream up. Government must not stand in the way of the free market. Companies who make bad decisions must be allowed to fail or restructure under traditional bankruptcy proceedings.
