I can’t believe they can say it with a straight face
Pres. Obama has been promoting his so-called jobs plan all across the country, even going as far as telling a supporter, “If you love me, pass the bill.” Using the President’s own calculations however, we can see that the jobs bill will cost US taxpayers about $223,000 per job created. Quite simply, if we’re really looking to create jobs and boost the economy, we could dole out checks for $45,000 and create five times as many employed people as Obama’s current plan proposes to do.
This proves what we’ve known all along: that Barack Obama is less concerned about improving the economy and getting people back to work than he is with advancing his ideological agenda of creating an ever-growing federal government. He did not propose paying for his jobs bill with spending offsets in other sectors of the federal government. He proposed paying for it by raising taxes!
The Administration is so committed to this agenda that Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner was able to say with a straight face that with that price tag, the jobs bill would be “a bargain.” Really? A bargain, Mr. Geithner?! The truth is this is an ineffective jobs bill, but Barack Obama and his liberal allies in Congress are pushing it because it serves their greater purpose: making government bigger.
And that’s something that “We the People” cannot get behind.

No one has mentioned that this “bill” has not even been submitted to the Congress!
If this is factual & I believe it is, why isnt the R & Tea Party canidates shouting loudly with the facts every time they are visible

The more this POTUS opens his mouth, the more people are starting to see who he really is, and that’s not complimentary.
FIRST, as far as I know, this Bill has yet to be delivered to Congress. Even if it has, it probably won’t pass, simply because there’s no balance provided for in the Bill. All it is is spending, and nothing in regard to how this expense would be paid for.
SECOND, the obviously frantic statement of, “If you love me, pass the bill,” only reminds me of a teenage boy from y High School years who was only trying to get into my pants.
Therefore, I equate that statement of Obama’s with, “If you love me, you’ll let me screw you.”
I said NO, back then, and I am saying NO, now. I am NOT the public trampoline, nor am I the public bank!!

I don’t understand why anyone is surprised at the actions advocated by Obama. He told us all during the 2008 campaign that he believed in “spreading the wealth around”. That can only be achieved with ever increasing tax rates from a government that has metastisized into a liberty crushing monster.
You’re absolutely right Ron. Only a complete imbecile would have voted for Obama in the first place!!! When these politicians start talking about “spreading the wealth”, you can bet they mean stealing it from what’s left of the middle class, especially middle class white Christians, and keeping most of it themselves while doling out just enough to welfare blacks and mexicans to keep their support.
He makes great speeches but that is where it ends.

The problem, as I see it, is that we who publish this material, and we who read it are already informed, alert, enraged and engaged. What we need is to “push” this information upon those who would rather be “taken care of”, than take care of themselves.
Only a series of TV and Radio commercials, without pause, that challenges with facts, the ideas and lies spewing from our President’s mouth, would be successful.
Using simple math, simple words, a few blackboards, and an Independent spokesperson, we might be able to reach enough “vacationers”, alerting them to the fact that in order to save America, it’s time to get back to work!
Be sure they will run on x factor, dwtstarz, n storage wars, or youll never get th msg out to the sheeple…..
Maybe that toddler beauty contest too.

Americans need to learn what our democratic Constitutional Republic is. If you would digest and support the basic concept of self determination provided in the Constitution, no ideological carpet bagger could sell you on the concept of a jobs plan, much less pretend to have a plan that will create jobs.
Our nation is designed to prosper and sustain our every need through Capitalism and Capitalism is nurtured by entrepreneurship. Simply stated, We the People can create jobs sufficient to employ every willing worker in America, something no government can provide, no matter how ingenious a “Jobs Plan” they devise. Jobs Plans are the deception device of socialists; they will give you a job, an education, health care, retirement programs, food and shelter or what ever they must promise to insure your loyalty. Capitalists promise you pay commensurate with you ability and the freedom to succeed or fail on your own. Capitalistsm will not punish success or confiscate your wealth.
So when you hear politicians describe in detail their plans for our future,using our money, tell them thanks, but no thanks. Get out of our way and you too will enjoy the fruits of our freedom.

We need to work especially hard to educate the 18-28 young voters to the dangers of liberal socialism. A whole generation of Americans are growing up with the sense of entitlement that they are willing to let government fulfil, relinquishing their very liberty in so doing.

I am grateful for Bryan’s posting about the Jobs Bill, but can we not expect that Speaker Boehner will encourage the bill’s filing and passage in the House? Is it possible that Boehner’s constant establishment complicity is a more present danger than that of Obama’s rhetoric?
We need to have our Conservative and/or Republican leaders on the attack and rather than respond to the Lame Stream Media they need to take charge and set the tone and agenda (you know like we do in the Tea Party). When the so called press asks them about being obstructionists they need to come back with how Obama has talked about the urgency and yet he goes on vacation and takes how many weeks to even have the bill submitted after screaming “pass this bill.” Set the debate by constantly bringing up how the Democrats in the Senate have NOT even introduced a budget in over two years and holding. How Harry Reid has pushed back introducing this so called “jobs bill” of Obama’s until October possibly November. Point out how at this time in Clinton’s term he had held 5 fund raisers, Bush had held 7 and Obama has held over 40!!!!!!
We need to STOP having debates on MSNBC, CNN, ABC and CBS and if we do, WE CHOOSE THE MODERATOR(S)!!!!!
Let’s stop allowing the other side to steer the conversation to what they want and in the terms they set. To hell with that!!!!! From now on we need to push harder than ever to talk about the issues that are important to us and talk from our perspective NOT THEIRS!

What kind of jobs are they promising? In what way will these jobs be better than the ones people would be doing if protectionist regulations and overseas sweatshop labor weren’t interfering?
A REAL jobs bill:
1. lift all mandates against drilling
both offshore and onshore
2. repeal Obamacare
3. restrain the EPA (or abolish it)
and stop the burdensome restric-
tions it imposes
4. do away with IRS and institute the
“fair tax” or something equivalent
5. take away agencies’ ability to
enforce their rules – these need to
go to Congress and be signed by the
President to become enforceable law
The list goes on and it doesn’t cost the taxpayer ONE RED CENT but it would free up business and the marketplace to grow and create jobs.
